The Work of this Contract includes the replacement of the HVAC system at the Marine Parkway Gil-Hodges Memorial Bridge Annex Building.

    • Removal of existing equipment HVAC and portions of the associated ductwork as shown on the drawings and as required by the specifications.

    • Install new HVAC equipment and associated ductwork as shown on the drawings and as required by the specifications.

    • All architectural and electrical removals and new work as shown on the drawings and as required by the specifications associated with the HVAC work
