NYCT INSTALLATION OF KRONOS CLOCKS
AT VARIOUS NYC TRANSIT FACILITIES

The scope of work included the installation of Kronos time clocks at various train yard locations. In less than two months TAP surveyed, procured, and installed over two hundred Kronos Biometric and Wi-Fi clocks at seven yards. In early 2020, installed an additional one hundred fifty-four Kronos Biometric and Wi-Fi clocks for NYCT.

• Scope of Work:

  • Installed Kronos time clocks at various train yard locations. This initial phase of the installations involved areas with the highest cluster of employees. In less than two months TAP surveyed, procured, and installed over two hundred Kronos Biometric and Wi-Fi clocks at seven yards

  • In September 2019, installed Kronos devices were in a small cross-section of high employee stations within a two-week period 20 clocks were installed in seven stations

  • In early 2020 installed an additional one hundred fifty-four Kronos Biometric and Wi-Fi clocks for NYCT. In this final phase, TAP took on the placement responsibility of the units in the station’s back offices in order to accelerate the installations and to meet and exceed NYCT’s expectations
