The NYCT Retrofit of 21 Existing 25hz Frequency Converters at 11 Traction Power Substations project included retrofitting 21 60/25 Hz frequency converters and their controls at ten substations. The removal, installation and testing of the new equipment and synchronizing the new equipment to the 25 Hz distribution system.
