Completed in 1937 as an administration build for the Triborough Bridge, the Robert Moses Building became the operations center for the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority (TBTA). This project's scope included upgrading the ventilation fans and heating and cooling systems, electrical work to support new and existing HVAC systems, and upgrading the lighting and Fire Alarm system.
